Use the sharpener only for sharpening kitchen knives. Hold it firmly with one hand and slide the knife blade at an angle of approximately 20° along the diamond surface, from the base to the tip, alternating on each side. Do not use the sharpener for other tools or hard objects (scissors, screwdrivers, etc.). Do not apply excessive force during use. Keep the product out of reach of children. We recommend using cut-resistant gloves for additional safety during sharpening.
