Instructions for Use and Warnings The product is shipped uninflated. It can be inflated with helium or normal air. Overinflation may cause the balloon to burst; 90% fullness is sufficient. Keep away from sharp and piercing objects. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age, as small parts may pose a choking hazard. Keep balloons away from heat sources such as fire, stoves, and ovens. Reusable; deflate and fold for storage after use.
