Chance and public fund cards are designed to help you advance by not following the rules or to blackmail another player. Send a player to jail for no reason or force another player to pay less rent from their property. Collect as many properties as possible to win the game, just like in the classic monopoly, increase your rental income with hotels to win the game. The game ends after all properties are sold and each player reaches the start point. The player with the most money at the end wins the game.
