Pre-First Use Cleaning Wash the glass bottles and lids by hand with warm water and a soft sponge. Wipe the metal stand with a damp cloth; do not immerse in water. Do not add spices until the products are completely dry. Filling with Spices Carefully open the bottle caps and fill with the desired spices. Thanks to the dual lid system, you can choose between a fine-holed lid (for salt, black pepper, etc.) and a wide-mouth lid (for chili flakes, thyme, etc.).
