How do i measure my size? Place the tape measure on the widest point of your chest and measure the circumference of your chest.

waist

put your hands on your waist. The point where your hand is located is your waist point. Measure around your waist from that point.

hip

place the measuring tape at the widest part of your hips and measure around your hips.

inner leg length

measure the inside of the leg from the top fork point to the ankle bone. You should keep the tape measure straight and parallel to the ground, making sure not to slip. When taking measurements, you should relax yourself, do not hold your breath, and measure without inflating the rib cage.
