Instructions for Use/Warnings: Shake Well: Before use, shake the tube to ensure an even mixture of ingredients. Apply Generously: Squeeze an adequate amount of cream onto your fingertips. Spread Evenly: Apply the cream evenly to all exposed areas of the skin at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply Regularly: Reapply every two hours, or more frequently if swimming or sweating. Also, reapply after towel drying.
